How to Obtain Services from TTSR TTSR assists people with disabilities who are consumers of Alta California Regional Center and live in Sacramento County, eastern Yolo County, southern Sutter and Yuba Counties, western El Dorado and southwestern Placer County. TTSR also now serves consumers of Far Northern Regional Center living in the Paradise community. To obtain services from TTSR, contact your local developmental disabilities regional center:
